These serrated grippers reduce the amount of material needed for clamping in OP1 machining while proving a high degree of holding power. Hardened tool steel teeth bite into the material providing a more secure hold in rough/heavy machining over traditional smooth jaws. The gripper’s low profile design clamps on to just 2mm of material, minimising the extra material to remove in a second operation and improving cycle times.

This 100mm Jaw set is compatible with standard 4"/100mm Kurt Style vice with counterbores that accept both 10mm and 3/8” cap head screws (not included)
